Booking & Cancellation Policy

Booking

New patients book a consultation; existing patients may book treatments directly. Consultation fees are payable at booking and redeemable against treatment within 30 days.

Deposits

Appointments over 60 minutes carry a deposit, credited in full to your treatment or consultation.

Rescheduling and cancellation

Life happens — reschedule or cancel with at least 48 hours' notice and your fee or deposit carries over or is refunded in full. Inside 48 hours, deposits are forfeited, except where we're able to fill the appointment.

If we cancel or decline

If we decline to treat you, you are not charged for that treatment. If we must reschedule, your fee or deposit carries over untouched, and you're offered the first suitable appointment.

Late arrival

Arrive on time; consultations are unhurried by design and the next patient deserves the same. If you're running late, call us — we'll tell you honestly whether the appointment can still run properly.
