Raising a concern
We would rather hear a concern than lose your trust over it. Speak to any team member, email info@lumiereaesthetics.com.au, or write to the practice manager, Tabby Azariah, at Shop 3/40 Marine Parade, Cottesloe WA 6011. Every concern is acknowledged within two business days.
What happens next
Your concern is reviewed by the practice manager and, where clinical, by Dr Kristy Truong, The Procedural Physician. We respond with what we found and what we're doing about it, in plain language, within ten business days.
If you're not satisfied
You may contact the Health and Disability Services Complaints Office (HaDSCO), the independent health complaints body for Western Australia, at any stage — you don't need our permission or our process first.
Our commitment
Complaints are logged, reviewed and used to improve the practice. Raising one will never affect your care.
