After pregnancy
Skin, hair and body after the baby — in your own time.
What's going on
Pregnancy changes everything: pigmentation appears, hair sheds around three to six months post-partum, the core and pelvic floor need rebuilding, and sleep disappears. Most of it is normal; much of it is improvable.
Timing matters. Some treatments wait until breastfeeding ends — we will tell you which, plainly. Nothing here is urgent, and the order we suggest is always: your health first, then skin, then shape.
Why it happens
- Hormonal change — pigmentation, shedding, skin shifts
- Core and pelvic floor recovery
- Sleep deprivation showing in the face
- Time scarcity — appointments must be efficient
What can realistically be done
Post-partum hair assessment
Shedding usually resolves; we confirm nothing else is driving it.
Emsella and core-to-floor
Rebuild the pelvic floor and core, fully clothed, half an hour.
Skin recovery
Pigment and texture work, sequenced around feeding and sun.
What can't
Many treatments wait for breastfeeding to end — that is not a sales delay, it is safety. We will map what can start now versus later, honestly.
Who to see
What a first visit involves
Thirty to forty-five minutes with a doctor or nurse: your history, an assessment, and an honest plan with costs in writing. No treatment at a first visit. What to expect
