Facial Aesthetic Physician

Dr Shahid Jamil

Facial balance and proportion

AHPRA registration MED0001535497

Dr Shahid Jamil has more than two decades of experience in facial aesthetic medicine. He graduated in medicine from the University of Western Australia and was awarded a First Class position as an Advanced Physician Trainee with the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons.

He trains other practitioners in advanced injectable technique internationally, lecturing and demonstrating at aesthetic medicine meetings, and his work has been featured in Vogue Australia and Vogue China.

At Lumière his focus is the injectable work: three-dimensional facial assessment and planning, anti-wrinkle treatment, and dermal filler used for balance and proportion rather than volume for its own sake. Planned, restrained, and built around the individual face.

At Lumière I see patients for

  • Anti-wrinkle treatment
  • Dermal filler and facial balancing
  • Lips
  • Jawline and masseter
  • Tear trough
  • Skin boosters and Rejuran
  • PRP and PRF for the face
  • Excessive sweating

A note on how I practise

A face is a structure in three dimensions, not a collection of lines. I plan for balance and proportion — and I measure success by how little anyone can tell.
